Centre of Excellence

Department of Civil Engineering at JMIETI has established Centre of Excellence for Quality Control and Material Testing Lab for carrying out soils, rocks, aggregates, concrete and asphalts testing. Over the past 3 years, the department has undertaken over 70 consulting projects for various departments of government and public sector. In addition, Centre of Excellence is well equipped with various types of field testing equipments to carry out quality control test in field for various tests of civil engineering construction projects.
