Regarding Roadways Bus Pass - Fresh or 1st time

1.      Two passport size photographs (duly paste)

2.      Self Attested photocopy of Haryana Residence certificate (must)

3.    Self attested photocopy of Aadhaar card

4.      Original Copy of Old Bus Pass (must) in case of Renewal Bus Pass

5.    Bus pass preparing duration/timing 10-15 working days

Important Note:-

1.      Bus pass facility is only for Haryana Domicile students (150 kms).

2.      Please write clear route Via (pass will be made shortest route by Roadways Authority) and Mobile number on application form (must).

3.      Pass will be made only upto permanent address mentioned in the ration card.

4.      No affidavit will be accepted regarding permanent address. Affidavit was strictly banned by G.M. (Yamuna Nagar)

5.      Huda sector Kurukshetra bus pass will be made for Kurukshetra and not upto Pipli.

6.      Mention your course/ semester on application form.

7.      Please write name, father name, address, own sign on the ration card, name of student  and father name should be the same as in the ration card.

8.      Govt. employees son, if apply for renewal of pass need not to give any affidavit. he should attach letter given by concerned department.

9.      Form should be completed in all respects, if form is once rejected by the H.R. authority it cannot be resubmitted.

10. In case any student lost his/her bus pass anywhere he/she lodge a FIR of lost bus pass  and must be attach the copy of the same with Bus pass application form
